Nearly every major online bookmaker now has either an app or a mobile website enabling their customers to bet from the convenience of their phones. But which ones are the best, and why should you choose one site over another? After all, they all seem similar don’t they? Well apparently they are not all the same, and some offer better features than others. Read on to find out more…
#1 iPhone Betting App – Bet365
To get the Bet365 iPhone app to work on your mobile you must first open an account – find out how and get up to a £200 bonus HERE!
Out of all the best iPhone bookmaker apps reviewed, many have commented that their favourite is Bet365. For starters, they are possibly the best-known and leading bookmakers online around the world and are known in over 200 countries. This says something about the company itself and their iPhone app doesn’t let them down. The Bet365 app is a good example of the sheer innovation that can be used to make the mobile gambling experience the best it can be.
It is similar to other iPhone betting apps but there’s something that just makes it a cut above the rest. The Bet365 iPhone app allows you to quickly see which sports are available to bet on “in-play”, and this is important, because many people who use an app to bet only bet on in-play markets. Everything is on the screen at once, the odds, the score, and any useful information. There’s even the possibility to view live streams of most horse races and most sport events. Everything a punter could want. The app is also available in every language conceivable language, and the number of markets available is phenomenal.
The only thing that seems to let the Bet365 app down is it’s slightly blander interface, which tends to include quite a bit of grey, and the fact that it’s slightly harder to navigate due to the lack of a “back” button. Other than that, you’d find it hard to beat and no one can beat the £200 free bet you get with the app!

#2 For iPhone – Paddy Power
NOTE – To use the Paddy Power app on your iphone you must first get an account – CLICK this link for instructions and a £20 free bet!
When reviewing all the available iPhone sports gambling apps, a couple really stood out, and it was difficult to choose who should be first and second. Paddy Power has really made an effort with their app, and it shows with the excellent design and feel. Gone are the old clunky links and interfaces, now the Paddy Power mobile experience is slick and easy, and a joy to use. Everything is easy to find and use and all the screens are elegant and interesting.
One of the features that stand Paddy Power ahead of the rest however, is the 10 Bets section that lists the top 10 markets that other punters are backing. This is incredibly useful to casual punters who simply want to “see where the money is” and join in the fun, and Paddy Power here shows they have their finger on the pulse by knowing exactly what their customers want in their app.
Another nice addition is the way you can “de-clutter” your screen by having the option to collapse markets you’re not interested in. When you only have a small screen to work with, freeing up the available real estate is a big bonus.

#3 For iPhone – William Hill
You MUST get a William Hill account before getting the app – click this link to get your account open and claim a £25 FREE BET!
Coming in a close third in this list, is William Hill’s app. There is no doubting William’s Hill’s pedigree, and it’s obvious that they has invested a great deal of time and money in making their online mobile app the best it can.
It has many of the same features as Bet365 and Paddy Power, the only difference being that William Hill has gone for graphics and aesthetics more than usability. We’re only talking about a marginal difference, and with a Wi-Fi connection, there’s no real difference, but when only on a 3G connection, the extra graphics of the William Hill app does tend to slow it down a bit, and when you’re desperately trying to place that dead-cert bet, it can be frustrating when downloading the extra graphics. Still a solid choice though and worth it’s place on this page.
