Needless to say I’m hoping to continue that great run with my Champions League tips and predictions for Tuesday 11th and Wednesday 12th April.
UCL Tips: Tuesday 11th April

This is Dortmund’s third Champions League quarter final in five years.
Dortmund have won just two of their last six games at home to French visiting teams.
Monaco’s total of 87 league goals in their 30 games is the most in Europe.
Monaco are the only team to conceded 6 in a two-legged UCL tie and still progress.
Monaco are top of Ligue 1, with 71 points from 30 games, 3 points clear of PSG.
Dortmund lie 4th in the Bundesliga on 50 points from 27 games, GD +30.
This is a match between two attack-minded and freescoring teams. Monaco lost 3-0 in Germany to Leverkusen in the group stages of the competition, but it is fair to say that the team has improved and grown in confidence hugely since then.
It seems certain that there will be goals in this game as neither side is particularly strong defensively and Monaco do seem to have an attack at all costs attitude, which may well be their downfall against some of the stronger teams in this competition.
I fancy Dortmund to take a slender lead to France for the second leg next week here, but I do think both teams will find the net.
Dortmund to win & both teams to score - £10 returns £27.50
Juventus have won all Serie A home games this season, conceding 8 scoring 38.
Juve were held twice at home in the Group stage, by Lyon and Sevilla.
Barca overcame a 4-0 defeat to come through their previous round vs PSG.
Messi is now the 2nd highest Champions League goalscorer of all time on 94 goals.
The teams last met in the Champions League Final in Berlin in May 2015, Barca winning 3-1.
Last season in all competitions, Barca trio Messi, Neymar & Suarez scored 131 goals combined in all comps.
Ordinarily, there is no way I would back against Juventus at home, even against a side as good as Barcelona, but while Barcelona have enjoyed a relatively straightforward run up to this fixture, Juventus have been embroiled in some very tough matches, including two hard fought games against Napoli.
I feel Barcelona will have learned so much from that first leg defeat in Paris in the last round and I expect them to hit Juventus on the counter and even Juventus talented backline will feel the pace of Suarez, Neymar and Messi.
My gut feeling here is that Barcelona are catching Juventus at a good time to play them here and they will have learned from the debacle in Paris in the last round. I’m backing Barcelona to play on the counter and come away with a narrow win here.

Leicester have won 6 or their last 7 matches in all competitions.
Atletico hold the fourth best home record in La Liga, with 11 W, 2 D & 2 L.
Atletico have won five and drawn one of their last six games in all comps.
The teams last met in Europe in 1997 with Madrid winning 4/1 on agg.
Atletico have conceded just four goals in total in the Champions League this season.
Jamie Vardy has scored in 5 of his last 6 games.
The odds being offered by the bookies suggest that Leicester City are up against it here and there’s no denying that the vastly experienced Atletico Madrid, who have reached the final in two of the last three years.
Atletico are built on a rock solid defence, arguably the best in Europe while in attack the threat of French striker Antoine Griezmann is certainly going to be tough for the Foxes to deal with. However, will Atletico have had much experience of playing against the likes of Jamie Vardy in form?
I can’t go against the bookies here and it is an Atletico Madrid win for me, but I think this will be a lot closer than people are suggesting and I do fancy Leicester to perhaps nick an away goal.
Atletico Madrid to win & both teams to score - £10 returns £41
Last meeting in semi-final UCL 2014, Madrid won 5-0 on agg.
Robert Lewandowski could miss the game through injury.
Madrid have scored in every game they have played this season.
Bayern have lost twice in the group stages of this years tournament.
Ronaldo is the highest ever Champions League goalscorer with 95.
A game that has the quality to be the final and one that may well provide the winner of the tournament come the final in June. Bayern have an excellent home record this season, undefeated in all competitions, but they come into this game on the back of a shock league defeat 1-0 away to Hoffenheim.
Real Madrid do not have the best record in Germany and Bayern will certainly be hoping to take a lead into the second leg at the Bernebeu next week. Real however have shown real resilience under Zinedine Zidane this season so that is not likely to be an easy prospect.
My gut feeling here is that Bayern will edge this one, but it will be a close run thing and I do expect both teams to find the net.
Bayern Munich to win & both teams to score - £10 returns £33
