After a busy weekend of action in the Premier League, there’s barely time to draw breath as from Tuesday to Thursday this week all 20 teams will be in action once again as part of a rare full midweek set of Premier League games.

Let’s now take a look at all ten games coming up in midweek and preview each before giving you our tip for how we will see each game going.

All odds shown were from bet365 Sport and were correct at the time of publication but may have changed in the meantime. Kick off time is 7.30pm unless otherwise stated.

Premier League Midweek Fixtures & Tips

Tuesday 2nd December

Bournemouth v Everton

  • Full Time Result Odds – Home – 11/10, Draw – 11/5, Away – 27/10

Two sides who have struggled a little for form of late. Bournemouth are without a win in four and face an Everton side who were thrashed 4-1 at home by Newcastle at the weekend. The Cherries have a good record against Everton, especially at home, so I expect them to get back to winning ways here.

Top Tip – Antoine Semenyo (Bournemouth) to score or assist – Evens.

Fulham v Manchester City

  • Full Time Result Odds – Home – 4/1, Draw – 16/5, Away – 8/13

Fulham put their solid home record to the test with the visit of Manchester City in midweek. The Citizens earned a last-gasp 3-2 win over Leeds at the weekend and this is another tough test against a Fulham side who have won four of six at home this season. Despite that, expect City to still have enough firepower to claim the win here.

Top Tip – Jeremy Doku (Man City) to score or assist – 13/10

Newcastle United v Tottenham Hotspur (8.15pm)

  • Full Time Result Odds – Home – 8/11, Draw – 29/10, Away – 15/4

Newcastle United come into this game fresh from a superb 4-1 win away to Everton at the weekend, while Spurs were booed by their own fans in another home defeat, 2-1 to Fulham. Spurs away record is much better than their home form, but Newcastle’s home form is excellent and the home side look by far the more confident of the two. Expect goals here, but also for Newcastle to take the win.

Top Tip – Over 3.5 Goals – 7/4.

Wednesday 3rd December

Arsenal v Brentford

  • Full Time Result Odds – Home – 3/10, Draw – 9/2, Away – 9/1

Arsenal come into this game having been held by ten-man Chelsea on Sunday, earning a 1-1 draw at Stamford Bridge. While not a disaster, the Gunners will want to bounce back at home here against a Brentford side who have had just one win in six away games, losing all of the other five. Expect a comfortable home win for the Gunners.

Top Tip – Arsenal to win and BTTS – No – Evens

Brighton v Aston Villa

  • Full Time Result Odds – Home – 23/20, Draw – 5/2, Away – 23/10

Brighton remain unbeaten in six league games at home this season, winning four and drawing two, but they take on an Aston Villa side that are in very good form at the moment and who have jumped into the top four. This looks like being a very closely fought contest and a draw looks a good option to back here.

Top Tip – Correct Score – 1-1 – 6/1.

Burnley v Crystal Palace

  • Full Time Result Odds – Home – 10/3, Draw – 29/10, Away – 8/11

Both these teams suffered defeats at the weekend so will be looking to bounce back here. Burnley’s home form has taken a bit of a beating in recent weeks and Palace are not the ideal team to try and put that right against. I am backing the visiting Eagles to swoop in to land a win here.

Top Tip – HT/FT – Draw/Crystal Palace – 15/4.

Wolves v Nottingham Forest

  • Full Time Result Odds – Home – 23/10, Draw – 9/4, Away – 23/20

Can Wolves finally claim a win in the EPL this season against a Forest side that have also struggled at times? In truth, given Wolves efforts of late, they are getting closer to that first win, but Forest’s form is generally good, aside from their loss last weekend, and I’m backing them to take a point from this trip to the midlands.

Top Tip – Draw and Both Teams to Score – Yes – 10/3

Leeds United v Chelsea (8.15pm)

  • Full Time Result Odds – Home – 10/3, Draw – 31/10, Away – 3/4

These two great rivals have had contrasting seasons so far and it is hard to make a case for Leeds to get something from this game. Chelsea did well to draw with Arsenal, with ten men for most of the game, and I expect the Londoners to take all three points from this trip north.

Top Tip – HT/FT – Chelsea/Chelsea – 7/4

Liverpool v Sunderland (8.15pm)

  • Full Time Result Odds – Home – 4/11, Draw – 4/1, Away – 13/2

Liverpool put an end to a miserable run of defeats with a 2-0 win at West Ham at the weekend, but Sunderland will be a tough nut to crack with the Black Cats flying high in the table. However, Liverpool will know they have to follow up that win with a strong home performance here and I’m backing them to claim a narrow and hard fought victory.

Top Tip – Liverpool to win and BTTS – Yes – 15/8

Thursday 4th December

Manchester United v West Ham (8.00pm)

  • Full Time Result Odds – Home – 2/5, Draw – 4/1, Away – 6/1

Manchester United come into this game with just one defeat in their last five Premier League games, against a West Ham side who were beaten 2-0 at home by Liverpool at the weekend. The home fans will be expecting a home win here against a struggling West Ham side and there’s not a lot in the data to suggest the Hammers have a realistic chance of upsetting the odds here.

Top Tip – Bruno Fernandes (Man Utd) to score at any time – 7/5.
